I have to confess I bought the Fantino in Oatmeal last Black Friday on your rec and you're absolutely right about what a workhorse it is. Figuring out the multipurpose wardrobe for kids/work/life has been very trial and error for me, but that one was a great addition!

Eeekkk, Kelly! Thank you for sharing! It’s such a workhorse sweater (I’m wearing it today!) it is hard to figure out what works, I agree, but when you find those pieces it feels sooo good!!

Do you wash the ref viscose dresses or take them to the dry cleaner?? I’ve had bad luck with shrinkage from hand washing!

I dry clean! I rarely rarely rarely have the energy for handwashing except for my nicest sweaters, or if I really get a stain! What I will do sometimes (I hope this isn't TMI) is rinse the armpits to get out any odor that might be lingering...and that extends the time between wears so I don't have to dry clean that often! Exposing my inner slob, SORRY!

So loved the “going out top” shoutout!!! I feel like I graduated from young adulthood to *actual* adulthood when I stopped shopping for that category 🤣

I love this topic! I struggle to not separate my ‘work’ and ‘play’ clothes, Ref is so great at creating pieces that overlap. My fav piece is the grey v neck sweater with the thick cuffs and collar- perfection!

It's a good one! It's hard to not separate types of clothes but I find I am the most satisfied in my outfits when I find those pieces that can be worn for all different types of getting dressed needs!
