YES I'm such a huge advocate for personal style "uniforms" :) Exercises like doing a no spend are a great way to assess what you already have, and notice if you gravitate towards certain patterns of dressing to help find your uniform!

"Big fan of falling asleep while thinking about what I’m going to wear the next day, or for something special I might have coming up" - YES, me too! I'm doing a No Buy Year so i really love reading about other women's experiences and I can't say how much I've liked this post 💖

A year, Amazing! Good for you! I just finished and will write more soon. Overall- it was not that hard! And, I wear a small percentage of my wardrobe - the pieces I reach for day to day are the things I love the most. Huge case for things that you absolutely love and feel great in, and getting dressed will be more fun everyday.

Really loved all the outfits Christina! I need to get better at wearing what I wore yesterday but slightly different when I’m in a rush for work rather than stressing. Also, well done for hanging on with no buy January. I failed after 19 days on a weekend trip to London!

Great check in Christina! You are doing great 🫡 I wholeheartedly second the difficulty of trying to be a mom, work AND enjoy getting dressed. I’m sure I sound like a broken record for the way I talk about the Whering app (not sponsored 😉) but it helps me so much. If I do find myself scrolling social media and inspiration strikes, I just load it into my app.

Sezane has really feminine sweaters and button downs with sweet details! Another way to add more feminine touches could be to add a feminine earring or loads of dainty jewelry

I have been loving following all your outfits and have copied some of them for myself! How comfortable do you find the Inez boots? I have been looking for a brown pair of boots that I can wear to work and with the kids in the weekends, and these look like the fit the bill...

Thank you for reading! I am obsessed with the boots. I literally found the brand & boots by googling brown boots - and have been SO SO SO happy with them. I find them to be so comfortable and so wearable! Wearing them today!

Hi! I would like to know in what size are you now? Looks like M/8 which is my size. Visually it makes easier for me to get ideas when I see someone with a body type like mine. Thank you!

By the way I found Ba&sh to be a great brand to incorporate a more feminine style. Usually I’m shopping only on sales or Poshmark. I got some dresses and skirts for 80/90% off.
